Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing time, plus the shipping time.
- The standard shipping option, UPS® Ground Shipping, takes about 3-5 business days.
- There are UPS 2-Day and 3-Day Expedited Shipping options, if needed.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
To qualify for our complimentary free shipping, sign up for a D+ account for free! All account holders will receive complimentary shipping with any orders over $150. Higher order quantities can qualify you for expedited shipping.
- All orders above $200 will qualify for complimentary UPS® Ground Shipping.*
- All orders above $500 will qualify for complimentary UPS 3 Day Select shipping.*
- All orders above $1,000 will qualify for complimentary UPS 2 Day Select shipping.*
*Must be a D+ account holder
How much does shipping cost?

- Standard UPS Shipping rates start at $10.
- 3 Day Expedited Shipping rates start at $25.
- 2 Day Expedited Shipping rates start at $35.
- Next Day Expedited Shipping rates start at $50.
How can I track my order?
All orders will be available for viewing in your account's Orders page or in the shipping confirmation email. The UPS tracking number will be available to view as soon as the order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, currently we do not ship internationally. Please look out for updates.
Can I change my shipping/billing address?
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us immediately in the contact form below and we will try our best to accommodate your shipping address change request.
Unfortunately, the billing address changes can not be changed after the order is placed.
I think my package is lost. What can I do?
If you believe your package is lost, either fill out the contact form below with your inquiry or email us at support@davisbijouterie.com We will try our best to resolve this issue. Please understand that if the shipping carrier marks the order as "Delivered", we are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return/exchange policy?
For an order to be eligible for a return/exchange, the following criteria must apply. Any returns/exchanges that do not fulfill one or more criteria listed below will be shipped back to the original address and a refund will not be filed.
- Item must be a returnable/exchangeable item. Any customized items, including custom sizes, are ineligible for return/exchange. Items sold as a set must be returned/exchanged as a set, individual items from a set are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Returned/exchanged items must be shipped within 10 business days of receiving the order.
- Items must be in the original condition without signs of wear.
- Items must be shipped in the original packaging (item, box, pouch, tags).
- Return/exchange orders must be filed through the same account in which it was purchased.
The refund will be filed within 7 business days of the return being received, look out for the return confirmation email. Please keep in mind that the total refund amount will not include the shipping costs, if applicable. A $15 shipping fee will be applied for return orders; fee is removed from the total refund amount.
How do I make a return/exchange?
Please refer to the tab above to see the required criteria for returns/exchanges. Please make sure every criteria is met before filing for a return/exchange. Once a return/exchange order is made, a prepaid shipping label will be provided. A $15 fee will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us below on the contact form or email us at at support@davisbijouterie.com within 24 hours of placing your order to receive assistance.
What can I do if I got the wrong size?
If you need to exchange your item for one in a different size, please contact our team below, or at @, to explore exchange options.

Where is the jewelry made?
All of our products are made in the United States. Our manufacturing and designing team is proudly located in Los Angeles, CA. This allows our jewelry to be made in a safe and regulated environment, all while ensuring our jewelry is made with the highest quality and care possible.
Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes, our warranty ensures complimentary cleaning, polishing, and repairs within 6 months of order delivery, given that the damage is from a manufacturing defect. The warranty is exempt from lost products, damage from improper storage, or modifications made by a third party outside of Davis Bijouterie. Please contact us below or at @ for further inquiries. Please allow up to 6 weeks for a repair to be completed.
Do you have a storefront?
Currently, we do not have a storefront for customers. Please look out for retail store updates on our website or social media pages.
I do not know my ring size. How can I find my size?
Please refer to our "Ring Size Guide" for tips and tricks on how to find your own ring size at home. Although we always recommend finding your exact size with an official ring sizer or through a professional, the DIY methods shown on the guide will be sufficient if done accurately.
If half or quarter sizes are needed, please make custom ring size order alongside your items to ensure your rings are perfectly sized for you.
My rings need to be cleaned/polished/repaired. What can I do?
Our warranty ensures complimentary cleaning, polishing, and repairs within 6 months of order delivery, given that the damage is from a manufacturing defect. The warranty is exempt from lost products, damage from improper storage, or modifications made by a third party outside of Davis Bijouterie. For exempt products and products with an expired warranty, please refer to Our Services page for pricing and details.
